School of Fish Campaign
Concepting, creative direction, and design for a digital campaign for Uchi Restaurants. The mission of Uchi has always been to bring the intimacy, collaboration, and education found at the sushi bar to every seat in the restaurant. This campaign sought to extend that experience further, into the digital space. The School of Fish campaign is built around a series of videos that feature Uchi chefs explaining sushi fundamentals (from the four main categories of sushi fish to vocabulary lessons) and highlighting Uchi’s commitment to precision and craft.
